I help you to see yourself

I help you connect with your body and teach you tools to intelligently manage your emotions so that you will come to a place of deep self-acceptance. My focus is for you to improve the relationship you have with yourself, nurturing self-worth and confidence.

I am very comfortable with "difficult" and even "taboo" topics, such as co-dependency, depression, burn-out, narcissistic abuse, addictive/self-destructive behaviors and drug abuse. Sessions can be 60 to 90 minutes depending on the needs and take place via Zoom. If you are located in Berlin, in-person sessions are possible.

Coaching auf Deutsch / Coaching in het Nederlands

Ich bin halb-Deutsche und spreche fließend Deutsch; ik ben half Nederlands en spreek vloeiend Nederlands. Coaching can thus be in English / Deutsch / Nederlands :)
